A: A health and wellness coach helps you achieve your fitness, health, and lifestyle goals through structured guidance, personalized plans, and consistent support. I’m here to keep you motivated, accountable, and equipped with the tools you need to succeed. Each week your coach will commit to your accountability and encourage you to build your best you through mind, body and soul! Its personal and exactly what one needs when wanting to take control of their life.

Q: What are the different stages of the program?

A: The program has three stages:

Elevate – A 16-week transformative phase focused on kickstarting your journey.

Empower – An 8-week phase to reinforce and maintain your progress.

Thrive – A lifelong phase that provides ongoing support at your chosen pace.

Q: Do I need to commit to all three stages?

A: No, you can start with the Elevate stage and then decide if you want to continue with Empower and Thrive. Each phase is designed to support your progress, but you have the freedom to choose your commitment level as you go.

Q: What type of workouts are included in the program?

A: Each phase of the program comes with targeted workouts that will be customized to your needs, fitness level, and goals. The Elevate phase focuses on building strength and weight loss, while the Empower phase reinforces these habits. The Thrive phase includes new workouts to continue your fitness journey.

Q: How are my progress and goals tracked?

A: Your progress is tracked through weekly check-ins where we discuss your achievements, setbacks, and overall progress. You’ll receive ongoing support and adjustments to your plan to ensure you stay on track with your goals.

Q: Can I continue the program after the Thrive phase?

A: Yes! The Thrive phase offers ongoing support, and you can continue at your own pace, accessing new workouts and receiving coaching to sustain and further elevate your wellness journey. The program is built to be sustainable and long-lasting.

Q: Is the program suitable for beginners?

A: Absolutely! The program is designed to support individuals at all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or looking to enhance your current routine, we tailor everything to your unique needs.

Q: How do I sign up for the program?

A: Simply reach out to get started! We’ll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your goals, answer any questions you have, and outline the next steps for joining the program.

Q: What support will I get during each phase?

A: You’ll receive personalized guidance, structured workouts, and weekly check-ins during the Elevate Phase, & monthly in the Empower phases. In the Thrive phase, you'll get lifetime access to new workouts and ongoing support to ensure you continue thriving.

Q: Can I switch between phases?

A: No. You graduate from one phase to the next- all start at Elevate and end in Thrive.

Q: Do you provide meal plans or nutrition advice?

A: I am not a nutritionist and do not offer meal plans. Instead, I provide support, resources, and guidance within the scope of personal training and health coaching regulations. I hold a Biolayne Level 1 certification, which informs my approach to health coaching, but I do not provide medical or specific dietary guidance. I’m happy to suggest general resources or connect you with certified nutritionists for more specialized dietary support.

Program Logistics

Q: Do I need any specific equipment?

A: We’ll work with whatever you have access to. I can create a plan based on bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or home gym equipment. For each stage, I’ll ensure the workouts suit your environment.

Q: How do we communicate throughout the program?

A: We’ll communicate primarily through weekly check-ins, where I’ll be available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help you stay motivated. Additional support is available via text or email as needed.

Q: Can I join the program remotely?

A: Yes, the program is fully online, so you can join from anywhere. Workouts, check-ins, and support are all provided virtually, making it accessible and flexible for any schedule.

Q: Is there a refund policy?

A: Refunds are generally not offered once a program phase begins, as a lot of work goes into creating a personalized plan. However, if you’re not satisfied, please reach out, and we’ll discuss how to best address your needs.
